Act as a receptionist for the Security and Facilities Department. What You Get to Do Compose, transcribe, and type correspondence, memos, and other paperwork file prepare mail maintain department records, files, and process payroll. In addition, this role is also responsible for maintaining accurate inventory of keys and locks, cutting keys, and keying locks. The Opportunity Responsible for maintaining security access to sensitive areas on property, department purchases and payroll for both the Security and Facilities Departments and administration Security Systems and of the Maintenance Connection program.
